Following September 20th's Open House at Phoenix Center and Ottawa Towers, a 2nd year architectural drawing course led by Adjunct Professor Fernando Bales visited for a Design Charrette, before Tower II was closed for the winter.

For more background on our history with LTU. here is a link to the "Design for Massive Change" Masters Program in Architecture we consulted on via work at Detroit's oldest Schoolhouse.  We focused on Transportation, a Digital Learning Studio for the Schoolhouse and one for the Central United Methodist Church adjacent to CoMerica Park downtown, a Greenhouse for the Schoolhouse, a 21st Century desk, and a model for Timebanks visibility in the community via a digital kiosk.
